BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION I. That under the provisions of Section 171. 04, Florida Statutes, it is the intention of the City of Fort Walton Beach to annex a tract, of land to said City at the expiration of days from the first of this ordinance thirty ( 30) publication after its approval by the Council and said tract being the following described property: Lot 1, Block D, Marnan SID in Okaloosa County, Florida according to Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 17 of the records of said county, less the S 92 ft. of the above described lot which has been added to and made a part of Lot 18, Block D of Marnan SID and Lot 18, Block D. Marnan SjD in Okaloosa County, Florida to Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, according Page 17, of the records of the said county, less the S 82 ft. of the above said lot deeded to the State of Florida for right- of- way, for State Road # 189, plus 92 ft. of the S portion of Lot 1, Block D, Marnan SID for a depth of 200 ft. from ' the N side of state right- of -- way, under deed restriction for commercial property.
