AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER l,
1978 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1979 MAKING CERTAIN DESIG-
NATED APPROPRIATIONS OF FUNDS OF THE CITY, PRESCRIBING
CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS, AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. The attached revised expenditures of the Com-
munity Development Block Grant Fund, additional expenditures of the
Sewer Revolving Fund, and the EPA Sewer Projects Fund
new are hereby
added to the budget of the City of Fort Walton Beach adopted September
l2, 1978.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect ten ( lO) days
after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
