Amendment Number Four DEPARTMENT: Airport BCC DISTRICT: 1 STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Airports Department is seeking Board approval of Amendment Number Four to the Qwest Air Parts, Inc. lease agreement (L10-0360-AP) for their operation at Bob Sikes Airport. BACKGROUND: On January 5, 2010, the Board approved the Lease Agreement with Qwest Air Parts to build an aircraft hangar at the Bob Sikes Airport to dismantle old aircraft. Amendment Four changes Section 3, Lease Term "commencement date" and Section 5, Rent as stated in the attached Amendment. Qwest's certificate of insurance and the contract and lease internal coordination sheet are attached. OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table. RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve Qwest Air Parts, Inc' s Amendment Number Four as described above. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
