CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH FROM R-1A TO C-2
PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That the following described property is
hereby rezoned from R-1A to C-2:
Lot 11, Block 1, Kelly Subdivision,
recorded in the Public Records in
and for Okaloosa County, Florida.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10)
days after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
