A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CTTY MANAGER ON BEHALF
OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH TO GRANT A CHANGE
IN THE EASEMENT TO GULF POWER COMPANY, PROVIDING THE
TERMS OF SAID EASEMENT AND PROVIDING THE EFFECITVE
DATE HEREOF, |
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager on behalf of the City
of Fort Walton Beach is hereby authorized to execute the easement
to Gulf Power Company, which easement is attached hereto, and made
a part by reference.
SECTION 2, This resolution being of an administrative
nature shall take full force and effect immediately upon its pas-

any discount, rebate, commission or refund for the purpose of securing this
advertisement for publicatiog in the said newspaper.
