An Executive Session of the City Council of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, was held on Tuesday, Apri127, 1999, at 5: 30 p.m.
in the Council Chambers at City Hall,with the following members present:
Mayor Glenda Glover
I Councilmen: Clay Carnathan, Janet Baggett, Jim Dowling, Jim Tucker, Dean Covey, and Chuck Keney.
Absent: Margie Collins
Also Present: Reid Silverboard, City Manager; Jerry Mi1ler, City Attorney; Joyce Shanahan, Finance Director; Mike
Mattimore, Labor Attorney; Mark Wiltsie, Human Resource Director, Fire Chief Philip Green; and Fire Capt. Bob Alden.
