Jt.5~ yr ~ ORDINANCE # 150A AN ORDINANCE AHENDING ORDINANCE # 100, SAID ORDINANCE BEING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE TOVm OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, CREATING SIX 6) DISTRICTS, REGULATING AND RESTRICTING THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE OR OTHER PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT AND SIZE OF STRUCTURES, THE SIZE OF OPEN SPACES FOR LIGHT AND VENTILATION; ADOPTING A l1AP OF SAID DISTRICTS; D~ FINING TERMS USED; PROVIDING FOR THE ADJUSTMENT, EN- FORCFY~ NT AND AMENmENT THEREOF; AND PRESCRIBING fE!'JAL~ TIES FOR VIOLATION. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF FORT ' V'[ALTON BEA'~H, FLORIDA: SECTION I Ordinance # 100 of the City of Fort Walton Beach, same being the General Zoning Orminance of said City, be and the same is hereby amended to pro- vide a new zone which shall be known as I1R_ 2 Limited". SECTION II DEFINITION OF I1R- 2 LIMITED" SHALL BE AS FOLLO\IIlS: 1. All building structures in the R- 2 Limited Zone shall conform with the provisions as set forth in the R- lA Zone with the exception that 2- Unit Duplexes may be built in the R- 2 Limited Zone as long as they have a minimum floor space of four- hundred square feet per unit and conform with such other provisions as in the R- 2 Hultiple Family Sone which pertains to Duplexes. SECTION III The Jing area shall be rezoned from its follo;. present Zoning of trAil Agri- cultural to IIR- 2 Limi tedll: That sub- division as on the File in the Tax Collector' s 11 office known and on record as being nBay- Ridge Sub- Division.
