party of the First part and OKALOOSA POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE
OF FLORIDA. as the party of the Second part.
‘WITNESSETH: That the first party, in consideration of the sum of one (1) dollar and other valuable consideration
paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto the second part its successors, and assigns, a
perpetual easement and right of way for the purpose of DRAINAGE in, upon and through the following described

07” East 180.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 83° 03' 07” East 1223.11 feet to the Easterly
maintenance line of William Gary Johnson Road; thence South 27° 49” 18” West 16.05 feet along said maintenance
Tine; thence departing said maintenance line proceed North 83° 03’ 07" West 1127.39 feet; thenca South 06° 56” 53”
West 75.00 feet; thence North 83° 03’ 07” West 90.00 feet; thence North 06° 56’ 53” East 90,00 feet to the Point of
Beginning. Contains 0.58 acres, more or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Second party, its successors and assigns,
together with the right to enter upon said land, provided however, said party of the Second part
shall not intentionally damage the contiguous land of the party of the First part, and the party of
