RESOLUTION 83-24 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A DEED TO PLUMBERSMITH CORPORATION WHEREAS, the Industrial Park Committee has recommended that a parcel of property be conveyed to the Plumbersmith Corporation, and WHEREAS, bids have been requested in accordance with the recommendation of the Industrial Park Committee, and WHEREAS, Plumbersmith Corporation has submitted a bid in accordance with the Industrial Park Committee recommendations, and acceptable to the Council, NOW THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Fort Walton Beach: SECTION 1. That the City Manager is authorized to execute a deed to the property pursuant to the bid previously approved, to the Plumbersmith Corporation. SECTION 2. That the conditions previously approved and applicable to Industrial Park Property, shall be imposed on the property to the Plumbersmith Corporation. SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its approval by the Council and after signature by the Mayor.
