[sl 3/ad/67 gat y--b9 ee ft) cara ¢ ORDINANCE NO, JLO.7 AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH FROM C-1 TO C-2 AND REZONING OTHER PARCELS OF PROPERTY FROM R1A to R-2, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the following described property in the City of Fort Walton Beach is hereby rezoned from C-1 to C-2: * rezoned from Lots 11 and 12, Block B, Seabreeze First Addition according to the plat thereof recorded in the official records in and for Okaloosa County, Florida. SECTION 2. The following described property is hereby R-1A to R-2: Lot 17, Block B, Park Place Second Addition according to the plat thereof recorded in the official records in and for Okaloosa County, Florida. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
