o o. o RESOLUTION 7f , s- A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH TO ENTER INTO A LEASE WITH THE OKALOOSA COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR THE DAY CARE/ HEADSTART BUILDING, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION I. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a lease on behalf of the City of Fort Walton Beach with the Okaloosa County Commissioners for the Day Care/ Heads tart Building, a copy of which lease is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. SECTION II. This resolution being of administrative nature shall take full force and effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. E A S E COMES NOW the City of Fort Walton Beach, hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR, and Okaloosa County, hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE, and in consideration of the mutual covenants of the other, the parties hereby agree: 1.
