o d RESOLUTION 01- 20 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FWRIDA AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY SCHEDULE OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH PAY AND CLASSMCATION PLAN ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE 1296; PROVIDING FOR A NEW SALARY SCHEDULE AND CLASSMCATION SCHEDULE; PROVIDING FOR EMPLOYEE TRANSmON AND PLACEMENT INTO THE AMENDED CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY SCHEDULE; REPEALING ANY AND ALL SUBSEQUENT RESOLUTIONS RELATING TO ORDINANCE 1296; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,FWRIDA THAT: SECTION L The Classification and Salary Schedule of the City of Fort Walton Beach Pay and Classification Plan,adopted by Ordinance 1296, is hereby amended as follows: 1, Amendment of the salary schedule for positions in the classification plan attached hereto as Exhibit " A" and made a part hereof by reference, 2, Amendment of the classification schedule attached hereto as Exhibit " B" and made a part hereof by reference, 3. All City employees shall be transitioned and placed into the amended classification and salary schedule attached herein at the appropriate grade and step assignment as provided for in the staff report and the Consultant' s recommendation, SECTION n.
