F “AD TRG DATE [ at 2-23-92 jaad 3-49-82 ORDINANCE NO. 74 3 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH TO EXECUTE A RENEWAL LEASE AGREEMENT WITH SPEECH AND HEARING CLINIC OF FORT WALTON BEACH, INC., PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. WHEREAS, an original Lease exists between the CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, and THE HEARING AND SPEECH CLINIC OF FORT WALTON BEACH, INC., the lessee, and WHEREAS, the City Council intends to extend the terms of that Lease and to standardize existing similar leases by including additional terms which exist in other such leases between the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and other lessees; NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida: SECTION I: That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and deliver that Lease Extension Agreement, a copy of which is attached and incorporated by reference, to the Lessee; SECTION II: This Ordinance is of an administrative nature and is not intended to be codified as an ordinance. This Ordinance will take effect after publication and upon its second reading by the City Council of the CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA.
