RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF
- DEEDS FROM GARY LEE AND ELBERT DAVIS FOR
AN ALTERNATE ALLEY EFFECTING LOTS 394 AND
- 393 OCEAN CITY SUBDIVISION AND ‘PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, . a
SECTION 1: — mat acceptance of a deed from Gary Lee and wife whereby is
conveyed to the City of Fort Walton Beach an alley 20 feet in width, running
east and west across Lot 394 Ocean City Subdivision is hereby authorised. pee
SECTION 2:3 That acceptance of a deed oo Elbert Davis and wife for suffic-
{ent land at the northwest corner of Lot 395 to provide adequate turning D-Sb
radius for alternate alley as provided herein is also authorized.
SECTION 3: That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval by the Mayor.
