fot pp 228" ORDINANCE NO. eo. 7/ AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS OF PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the following described property is hereby rezoned from R-1A to R-2: Lots 123 and 124, Ocean City Subdivision SECTION 2. That the following described real property is hereby rezoned from R=-1 to R-2: Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14, Block 2 Pinehurst Subdivision, Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa County, Florida SECTION 3. That the West 250 feet of the following described property is hereby rezoned to C-2, the East 200 feet of the West 450 feet of the following described property to R-2 with the balance of the property to remain in R-lA: The southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarterand the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter all in Section 35, Township 1 South, Range 24 West, Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa County, Florida SECTION 4.
