while meeting in regular ses-
sion in Council Chambers,
Fort Walton Beach, Florida at
approximately 7:00 p.m. on
July 23, 1991, will consider
the enactment of the follow-
ing ordinance:
ORDINANCE NO. 1115
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CHAPTER 804, LICENSING IN
GENERAL, OF THE CODIFIED
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
BY AMENDING SECTION
804.20, FEE SCHEDULE; AND
PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE:
OATE HEREOF. :
The above ordinance may be!
inspected at the office of the
City Clerk, City of Fort Walton
Beach, Florida. interested par-
ties may appear at the meet-
ing of City Council on July 23,
1991 and be heard with re-
_spect to the above ordinance.
Any person who decides to
appeal any decision of the
City Council, with respect to
any matter considered at this
meeting will need a record of
the proceedings, and for such
purposes, may need to ensure
that a verbatim record of the
proceedings is made, which
record includes the testimony
and evidence upon which the
appeol is to be based.
