Submitted herewith is a proposed addition to the zoning regulation for the City of Fort Walton Beach, which describes proposed P- l and P- 2 business district zoning classifications. It is the recommendation of the Municipal Planning Board that these two districts be approved by Council. The proposed zoning districts are des- cribed in detail sufficient to make the plan understandable. It is recommended that if Council concurs, a zoning supple- ment to the City Code should be drawn up by legal counsel. In addition, those portions of the current zoning ordinance affected by this supplement should be amended. Although Council approved the Milo Smith I Plan for P- l and P- 2 zoning, the Municipal Planning Board proposes the attached modi- fied zoning plan for P- l and P- 2 zones.
