Reduction of rental fees to a minimum of $ 12. 00 per event after normal hours of operation and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. All City Parks Waive or alter time restrictions placed on the playing of music or electronic equipment in City Parks. SECTION II. All other requests for reduction of fees or waivers of restrictions will be forwarded to Council. A report will be made to Council for their information on any reduction of fees or waiver of restrictions made by the City Manager. SECTION III.
