Mr. Bolduc? Tim Bolduc: Yes Sir, Mr. Mayor and Council. What you have before you, as you said, is just a request to have the City Council approve having the Mayor signing the letter as the order of business for the submittal of the ORC Report which we just completed as part of our Evaluation and Appraisal Report. Basically it' s a cover letter that goes with the ordinances that you just read again, it also has some answers to some question that they raised during the first reading. And I' d be happy to take any questions but as I said it' s just a matter of business. Mayor: But we still have to wait for the ordinance to be read tonight on first reading, so the 8th letter won' t be done until after the of February. Tim Bolduc: That is absolutely correct. Mayor: Any other questions for Mr. Bolduc on this? Dennis Reeves: I move to approve the Mayor to sign the DCA transmittal letter. Mike Minich: Second. Mayor: OK, Mr. Reeves made the motion to approve and Mr. Minich seconded. Any discussion? Seeing none, please vote. OK, it does pass unanimously. END OF DISCUSSION ON ITEM 14. 1
