The contract will provide for the repair of the interior of the modular building and limited exterior site work to include constructing access ramps and adding additional parking spaces to comply with the development order requirements set forth by the City of Fort Walton Beach. This building will be used as a medical clinic and offices in order to provide important public health services for the residents of Okaloosa County. The funding for this project comes from our Low Income Pool (LIP) Grant funding awarded to us by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). This grant funding allows for the provision of medical services for low income residents to include primary care and urgent care services. It can also be used to cover construction and repairs.
