BID SUMMARY COMMENTS
The following comments relate to the "*,, items in numerical order indicated on the Bid Award
Summary Memorandum.
ITEM 21
This vehicle will replace inoperable City vehicle 2313, a 1991 Ford pick-up, with 79,033 miles.
In November 2002, this vehicle was turned into Purchasing due to the loss of transmission. The
recommendations evidenced on the attached Vehicle Serviceability Inspection and
Recommendation Report clearly support retirement of this vehicle for obvious mechanical and
cost feasibility reasons.
