AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH FROM C-2 TO R-2,
PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT WALTON BEACH FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That the following described property is
hereby rezoned from C-2 to R-2:
Commencing at the Intersection of East line of
NW4 of SE% of Section 10, Township 2 South,
Range 24 West, Okaloosa County, Florida, with
the South R/W of Beal Street, proceed South
0° 22.1'W 200 feet, thence N 89° 16.4'wW 737.9
feet to the POB; thence continue N.89° 16.4'W
260.04 feet, thence N.45° 41.1'E 365.73 feet,
thence S.0° 22.1'W 258.8 feet to the POB.
(Next to Scottsdale Subdivision).
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10)
days after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
