BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION I. Ordinances of hereby amended That Sub-section 38-4(d) of the Codified the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida is as follows: Sec. 38-4. OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE AND PERMIT REQUIRED. (d) In addition\to a license authorizing a person to engage in the wrecker business, there shall also be issued a permit fok each approved wrecker vehicle owned by the licensee. Eath permit for a wrecker vehicle shall state that such wrecker has been inspected and approved under the direction of\the Police Department and shall be affixed securely to the inside of the windshield of the appropriate wrecker vehicle. The inspection fee for each wrecker shall be é é twenty five dollars ($25.00) each time an inspection is given. No person shall operate a wrecker on\the public streets of the City unless a license to engage\in the wrecker business has been issued to the owner of such wrecker. No permit shall be transferable and every permit shall expire at 12:00 midnight on September 3@ of the fiscal year in which it is issued. SECTION II.
