STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request final payment for contract C10-1813-TDC, Taylor
Engineering, Inc. In the amount of $2,088.00. (Task Orders 3,15, and 18). Also included in the
final payment is a credit memo for Task Order 16.
BACKGROUND: Pursuant to previous BOCC action, this contract was amended with a revised
expiration date concurrent with the completion of Task Orders 3,15,18,20 and 21. Task Orders
20 and 21 have already been completed.
OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove
RECOMMENDATIONS: Approve final payment on contract C10-1813-TDC.
