EGLIN PARKWAY
I have reviewed the preliminary site information of the above referenced development
for the Public Works Department which was submitted for the DRC to be held November
1, 2007. The Engineering Division offers the following comments in order to reach plan
approval by the Public Works Department:
1) Addresses are assigned as follows:
a. 3 -story retail /office building: 73 Eglin Parkway, NE
b. 2 -story retail building: 75 E91in Parkway, NE
2) Review of Boundary and Topographic Survey
a. Provide table showing the bearings /distances for lines L1- L7. Refer
to Detail " A."

b. The legal description for Parcel C shows an azimuth of 53' 40"
from the Point of Commencement to the Point of Beginning. The

drawing shows an azimuth of 53' 40 ". Likewise, the legal

description shows an azimuth of 26' 00" from the Point of

Verify the correct azimuths for these two lines of Parcel C and revise
