Executive Session
The Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners was called to
order in Executive Session at 8:00 a.m. at the Water & Sewer
Administration Building in Fort Walton Beach to discuss
litigation strategy concerning Sandman, LLC v Don Amunds, et al.
The only individuals permitted in the Executive Session were
Chairman Charles K. Windes, Jr.; Vice Chairman Nathan Boyles;
Commissioner Wayne Harris; Commissioner Dave Parisot (arrived
after Board relocated to conference room); Commissioner Don
Amunds; County Administrator Ernie Padgett; County Attorney John
Dowd; Special Counsel Greg Stewart; and a certified court
reporter.
Chairman Windes announced the Executive Session was ended after
returning to the Commission Chambers at 8:40 a.m.
ADJOURNMENT
This Executive Session was adjourned at 8:40 a.m.
