ORDINANCE NO. 65° 6 | AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION I. That under the provisions of Section 171.04 of the Florida Statutes the City of Fort Walton Beach hereby annexes the following tracts of land to the City of Fort Walton Beach: Lot 1 and that portion of Lot 2, except the south 30.75 feet of Lot 2, Block B, Country Club Estates Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida. Lot 7, Block G, Garniers Heights First Addition Subdivision (716 Rodney Avenue), recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 129, records of Okaloosa County , Florida. SECTION II. The City Limits of the City of Fort Walton Beach Shall be hereafter defined to include the aforesaid property. SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect ten (10) days after its passage and approval by the Mayor.
