Dear Property Owner:
The City of Niceville Planning Commission and City Council have been petitioned by the
Okaloosa County School District to re-zone a portion of their property at 800 John
Sims Pkwy E, from R-1A, Residential Single Family, to R-NC, Residential/neighborhood
commercial. This portion of their property houses the billboard sign near the baseball
field.
Public hearings of this petition will be heard on Monday, December 3, and Tuesday,
December 11, 2012, at the City of Niceville Council Chambers, 208 North Partin Drive,
at 7:00 p.m.
