RESOLUTION NO. 75S °-S 3
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A NEW BANK ACCOUNT FOR
TITLE X ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE FUNDS,
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION I. That the City Manager, on behalf of the City
of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, is hereby authorized to establish
a new and separate bank account in the First National Bank of
Fort Walton Beach for the purpose of accounting separately for the
receipt and expenditure of all funds received or to be received from
the Economic Development Assistance Administration as a result of an
application filed under Title X to clear land in the City Industrial
Park.
SECTION II. That the fund will be known as the ''Title X
EDA Fund."
SECTION III, That this resolution being of an administrative
nature shall take full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval by the Mayor.
