AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 B OF ORDINANCE NO. 286,
TO AMEND THE FEES FOR COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE,
TRASH AND REFUSE IN THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, PERTAINING TO BUSINESS OR COMMERCIAL ESTABLISH-
MENTS, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.

IT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 2, Paragraph B of Ordinance
286 is hereby amended as follows:

One container at one location to be 60% of cost of
first container
2) When by the Sanitation Supervisor and
recommended
approved by the City Manager more than one business
or

cubic yard containers. The fees may then be divided
equally between the total number of users.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take full force and
effect after and approval by the Mayor.
