SUBJECT: Task Order 56 change to 57 for FY 15 Trip and Equipment Grant
Agreement
DEPARTMENT: Growth Management

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Department of Growth Management requests the Board to
approve the change of the Task Order form and the corresponding Task Order Approval form for
provision of related services and reimbursement of expenses to Okaloosa County Transit for the
2014-2015 Trip and Equipment Grant Agreement from No. 56 to No. 57 due to a scrivener’s
error.
BACKGROUND: The Task order for the 2014-2015 Trip and Equipment Grant Agreement
was approved by the Board on June 17, 2014. Upon completion a scrivener’s error was noted on
the task order numbering. The Task Order number “56” has already been assigned and therefore
the number 56 on the Trip and Equipment grant will need to be stricken and replaced with No.
57. There are no other changes to the documents.
RECOMMENDATION: The Department of Growth Management recommends that the
Board approve the change of the Task Order Number and authorize the Clerk of Court to strike
the number 56 from the document approved as Task Order 56 on June 17, 2014 and renumber it
as No. 57 .
