AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 100 SO AS
TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION ON CERTAIN
DESIGNATED LOIS; SAID ORDINANCE NOL 100 BEING
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN
THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH.
WHEREAS, proper application has been duly made by the
owners of lots 1 through 7 inclusive, and 11 through 17
inclusive of block eight of Oak Ridge Subdivision to change
the zoning classification of said lots from R-1, being a
Single family district to R-2, being a multiple family
district, and
WHEREAS, the application of the owners has been concerned
in by the owners of adjacent affected property, and has also
been approved by due and legal action of the city Zoning Board.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEASH,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1
Ordinance No. 100 of the City of Fort Walton Beach is
hereby amended to provide that lots 1 through 7 and 1l
through 17 of block 8 of Oak Ridge Subdivision be classified
for the purpose of zoning in the R-2 Area, being the mult-
iple family dwelling area.
SECTION 2
This Ordinance shall take effect twenty days after its
final passage and approval by the Mayor.
