TREAD TN d DATE ist | §8-aa-@ ORDINANCE NO. 670 , AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE OPERATION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1, 1978 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1979, MAKING CERTAIN DESIGNATED APPROPRIATIONS OF FUNDS OF THE CITY, PRESCRIBING CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS, AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION I. The attached budget is hereby adopted as the budget of the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, for the fiscal year October 1, 1978 through September 30, 1979. SECTION II. Funds of the City of Fort Walton Beach are hereby appropriated for the various anticipated revenues and expendi- tures/expenses of the budget set forth in Section I hereof from the General Fund; Water Operations and Maintenance Fund; Sewer Operations and Maintenance Fund; Utilities Tax Fund; Street Construction Fund; Water Revolving Fund; Sewer Revolving Fund; Equipment Revolving Fund; Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund; and Community Development Block Grant Fund. All budgets (appropriations) are based upon the total expenditures and expenses by funds even though the budget has been prepared based on line items. SECTION III.
