pattk oa 536-7, land BSL. > HOME OF THE Come Soove City of Fort Walton Beach Oovdls 945 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING 647 COUNTRY CLUB AVENUE, LOT 4, BLOCK B, COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES SUBDIVISION, TO THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 7. That the following real property is hereby annexed to the City of Fort Walton Beach, and the zoning will be R-1A: Lot 4, Block B, Country Club Estates Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 41 of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida. (647 Country Club Avenue) SECTION 2. That the City Limits shall hereby extend to the centerline of any public street, road or highway right-of-way which is described as a boundary of said real property heretofore annexed. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Playground Daily News. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its approval by the Council, upon second reading, after advertisement, and upon signature by the Mayor. ADOPTED:. Lata Z, LIE.
