DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY
The easement area includes the drainage ditch and adjacent roadway behind the Pine
Meadows 2nd Addition Subdivision on Eglin AFB property Northwest of the Fort Walton Beach
Northwest Florida State College and University of West Florida campus. The easement consists
4.42 acres, more or less.
