RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2016 BUDGET GENERAL FUND WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners in the original budget did not reflect adequate appropriations from Executive Office of the Governor-Division of Emergency Management for hazardous materials planning and prevention — hazards analyses update grant, and WHEREAS, said additional revenue is evident, and WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2)(d), Florida Statutes provides that a County may, by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners at any time during the fiscal year, appropriate and expend funds received for a particular purpose from a source not anticipated in the original budget, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida that the budget for the General Fund be increased, additional receipts appropriated as follows: RECEIPTS DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT Public Safety — State 701728R-334200 $11,098 EXPENDITURES DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT Repair/Maintenance — Equipment 701728-546640 $5.549 Supplies 701728-552990 $5,549 M Reviewed by: Frank Ha Budget & Compliance Manager Adopted this regular session the 19" day of July 2016.
