RESOLUTION NO. 2008- 34
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE
OF THE CITY FOR THE UTILITIES DEPARTMENT BY ADDING A
FEE FOR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT UTILITY SERVICES;
AND SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH:
Section I. Pursuant authority of Ordinance 1768, Stormwater
to the
Management Utility, adopted August 26, 2008, [ incorporated as section 10. 521,
Stormwater Management Utility, in the City Code of Ordinances], the
Comprehensive Fee Schedule is amended to include the following fees:
Stormwater Manaaement Fee
Sinale-familv residential property
