event any ordinance or parts of ordinances are in conflict with any other
provision of the Code, the provisions of this Ordinance shall prevail.
SECTION 6. SEVERABILITY
Should any provision or portion of any provision in this ordinance be declared by
a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the other
prOVISIOns.
SECTION 7. EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval by the City Council
and signature of the Mayor.
