1 RESOLUTION NO. 2009- 7 2 3 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, 5 FLORIDA, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE 6 OF THE CITY FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT BY 7 INCLUDING CERTAIN FEES FOR RESIDENTIAL GARBAGE 8 COLLECTION AND OF THE UTILITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT 9 BY INCLUDING CERTAIN FEES FOR METER DAMAGE, 10 MOVEMENT, REPLACEMENT, AND TESTING, METER 11 DEPOSITS, AND COUNTY CUT-OFF; AND SETTING AN 12 EFFECTIVE DATE. 13 14 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT 15 WALTON BEACH: 16 17 Section I. Pursuant to the authority of section 10. 52. 03, Rates & Charges, 18 Authority to Establish Fee Schedule, of the City Code of Ordinances, the 19 Comprehensive Fee Schedule is amended to include a charge for two residential 20 containers as follows: 21 Basic Garbage Rates I Residential: Garbage Tipping* Fuel Total 22 ITwo Containers $ 21. 20 $ 10.20 ~ $ 31.40 23 24 Section II. Pursuant to the authority of section 10. 53. 03, Billing Procedures, 25 Delinquency; Discontinuance of Service, of the City Code of Ordinances, the 26 Comprehensive Fee Schedule is amended to include lock damage, meter 27 pull/ replacement, and meter hook- up as follows: 28 Miscellaneous Charges Lock Damaaed by Customer $ 50. 00 Pull/ Reclace Meter ( non- cavment) $ 50.00 Straiaht Hook- Uc $ 100.00 29 30 31 Section III.
