1. 1867 Amends Code of Ordinances for Consistency with LDC
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF FORT WALTON BEACH, AMENDING
CHAPTERS 2 AND 5, CODE OF ORDINANCES, RESOLVING CONFLICTS AND
PROVIDING CONSISTENCY WITH THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE REGARDING
BOARD MEETINGS AND PUBLIC NUISANCES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
1 Ms. Jones advised Ord. 1867 amends chapters of the Code of Ordinances to provide consistency
with the City's Land Development Code, and there have been no changes since first reading.
The vote on the motion to adopt Ord. 1867 on second reading carried unanimously.

The vote on the nomination of Lee McDonald to serve on the Code Enforcement Board
from September 11, 2012 to September 30, 2012, then for a three -year term from October
1, 2012 until September 30, 2015, carried unanimously.
