The National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) believes it is important to recognize
and acknowledge those individuals who strive to elevate the procurement profession.
The Central Gulf Coast Chapter of NIGP winner of the 2012 Manager of the Year award is Jack
Allen, CPPB (Certified Professional Public Buyer), FCCM (Florida Certified Contract Manager)
from Okaloosa County. This award comes with a nomination for National Manager of the Year
and a $250 check from the Central Gulf Coast Chapter.
