Re; That portion of Yarmouth Drive located in Raintree Estates, Unit One as recorded In
Piat Book 5 Pages 81-84 of the official records of Okaloosa county, more particularly
described as that portion of Yarmouth Drive bounded on the West by Lot 1 Block 21, and
bounded on the East by Lot 1 Block 20, Raintree Estates Unit One. Also Bounded on the
South by Raintree Blvd. and bounded on the North by Meadow Woods subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 10 Page 44 of the official records of Okaloosa County. The
general size of the parcel being 109.49 feet by 60.00 feet.
Regarding the request to vacate the above mentioned R/W, Okaloosa County Water &
Sewer has utilities in the area and has no objection so long as the easement is still to be
granted to cover our OCWS ulilities.
