Subject: Verizon Lease and Site Access Agreement Coordination
John,
We need your coordination on two items related to Verizon. One is the lease agreement itself which you questioned if
we had coordinated with the Air Force. | did so and sent you the Air Force’s approval.
The second item is the site agreement which you had some concern about “indemnification” and “broad assurances”
relative to control of the property. You told Jo Kublik that you needed to talk with the Airport.
We have not heard from you on specific questions. Can Sunil sign the agreement if your concerns can be addressed?
Please provide us your concurrence by signing the coordination sheets for these items.
Thanks,
jon
