Re: EDC Marketing Agreement
Dear Mr. Curry:
Thank you again for your time yesterday to discuss the invoicing process for the EDC’s
FY2013 marketing support. As stated in our October 2012 agreement, the EDC currently
would invoice the county on a quarterly basis. As discussed, the EDC wishes to change
this frequency to monthly; after the services have been provided.
Thank you for your flexibility to this process. This slight adjustment will assist the EDC
as a non-profit organization better control our cash flow and fiscal management.
