Re: Letter of Appreciation for the Transfer of HVAC Equipment to BCC
Dear Sheriff Ashley,
The Board of County Commissioners would like to take this opportunity to
express its appreciation for the generous transfer of unused and surplus heating
and air conditioning equipment to the Facilities Maintenance Department. This
equipment will ease the burden on the already strained facilities repair budget.
This act of generosity demonstrates once again that the elected officials in
Okaloosa County have the citizens’ best interest in mind at all times. Your
professionalism and spirit of cooperation is certainly evidenced by making this
transfer.
We all commend and greatly appreciate your act of service in this matter.
Sincerely,
Don R. Amunds, Chairman
Okaloosa County Board of Commissioners
