Reimbursement under the Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) Reimbursement Program through the execution of the extended Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) is contingent upon receipt of modification PO0003, with a signature from an authorized representative of the Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners affirming the acceptance of the extended project period. A forthcoming modification will add the remaining funding for this extension period, subject to the availability of appropriated funding. Once the LEO Reimbursement Program has received its allocation, a subsequent modification will be unilaterally executed by TSA to fund the remaining balance of the extended project period. The not-to-exceed rate for all airports, regardless of category, is $20.00 per hour. TSA policy remains that only actual allowable costs, up to this not to exceed ceiling, shall be reimbursed.
