HDR Engineering, Inc. is pleased to provide Okaloosa County with the attached scope and fee for
design, surveying, mapping, and geotechnical work associated with Phase | of PJ Adams
Multilaning from SR 85 to I-10.
The scope and fee proposal are broken into a base fee with some additional services. The base
scope and fee includes:
Topographical Survey
Geotechnical Exploration
Control Mapping
R/W Mapping
Roadway Design and Construction Cost Estimating
Preliminary RAW Cost Estimating
PD&E Re-evaluation
Cultural Resource Assessment Survey
The optional services scope and fee includes:
e Mitigation Design
e Noise Wall Design
Based on the above. HDR’s proposes the following fees for this work.
e Base Scope and Fee: $1,508,839.86
e Optional Services: $53,870.94
e Total $1,562,710.80
