Public Content As is past practice when students are not required to make up days due to emergency circumstances, the Superintendent recommends forgiveness for employees as outlined below: • All employees NOT on unpaid leave, hours on the school/department payroll should be reported as though the employees worked on January 17, 2018. • Employees ON unpaid leave should not be reported as having worked. • Employees who had already requested sick leave or annual leave should be reported as having worked those days and NOT reported as having taken leave. • Substitutes, including long term substitutes, will not be paid for January 17, 2018. • Administrators will not receive any additional pay for extra hours they may have worked.
