Request permission to allow Fort Walton Beach High School and Choctawhatchee High School to book
lodging accommodations through Airbnb for a one-time school related event. Utilizing the services
of Airbnb requires full payment in advance. Typically, the School District does not allow prepayment of
goods and/or services. However, the two schools referenced above have indicated that booking
lodging services through Airbnb would result in significant savings to the schools when compared
to traditional hotel/motel reservations. The source of funding will be School Internal Funds.
