SUBJECT: Advertising Medium for Delinquent Taxes Advertising
Per state statute, the Tax Collector must advertise a list of delinquent property taxpayers within
forty-five days after taxes become delinquent.
The Tax Collector may select which advertising medium to use following approval of the County
Commission to do so. A letter of request is attached.
